Captain marvel only has damage(when awakened) going for her at this point in the game she and ms marvel (both) outdated. And yeah i agree with you on phoenix she hits quite hard and has a regeneration but she takes so much focus and skill to be at her best which is nothing impressive while others such as corvus or medusa or hyperion can out damage her with little to no skill @PlanetEarth
