My alliance has hit all the milestones, but personally, I haven't scored enough to be eligible for the final two milestones. Am I eligible for rank rewards? Or do I have to personally hit the final milestone to be eligible?

    Yes no matter how many points you individually score as long as ranked rewards were unlocked by the ally you can get ranked rewards
