Blade still usable unduped?

As the title suggests is blade usable in content unduped? I am uncollected but didn't have blade above 3* till now. Opened a 5* one. need to know if he's still worth the resources

Oh definitely...he is my first R4 5* unduped and he clears so much content for me...clearing lanes in monthly uncollected eq..aw team..he does so many things even unduped

His attack isn't really impacted at all by his sig ability, so as far as clearing content, he's highly effective even without the dupe. Definitely one of the best skill champs in the game.
