New functionality: Arena Banking Points

Hello,

I will be brief.

1% points bank - activated for 500 units
5% points bank - activated for 1000 units

- 1% or 5% of all the arena points are automatically placed in the bank - if the bank is activated
- you can make 1 withdraw each 6 months for 1% bank and 2 withdraws each 6 month for 5% bank
- basically you will have a way to "put aside" arena points and activate them during a specific arena run (increasing your chance to obtain the hero you want)
