signature ability not working

my 4 star duplicated wolverine that i have had for well over a year now has never once had a regeneration over 5. the video i see on youtube shows that he should regenerate so why dose my signature ability not work and how can i record it to show the world?

The more power have the more he regens, best to keep wolvie on red bar of power an not use sp attack

i would hereby like to thank kabam for its fast response to this issue. either overnight response from this post or 2 hour fix after contacting help and support section of kabams main website. finally a wolverine that works
