Who to rank up?

What's the better option between taking 5* Angela to rank 4 or 4* corvus to rank 5

Anyone have a rank 4 Angela and know if she's worth it?

Angela hits like a truck so she can do a lovely amount of damage

I have an r5 5* Angela. She hits for huge damage. No regrets at all. Shes not flashy like corvus or ghost but gets the job done.
