Should I awake Modok?

I have 4/40 Unawekend Modok. I want to take him R5. Is it worth to awake him?

I’d wait on both, r5 him if you want for defence, don’t awaken him tho, his sig is near useless

I have Domino IMIW CAIW and KM also Unawekend and I have generic awakening gem.
