Awakening Gem+ fully ranked

Hi guys . i need your help again
I have the 3 top 4* cosmic champions Glaive , Hyperion & Medusa and only one Awakening Gem . all of them are 4/5 rank . so i can take only one of them to 5/5 rank + awakening him . to me it's a very hard decision really and i need your kind advises please .
Additional tip, i started my Act 5 exploration just yesterday so i need to be sure which one of them could be the greatest help in my act 5 nice journey .
