problems all face

hi! i am a hard core fan of the game but lately i have or maybe most of us have faced glitches related to the premium hero crystal!
the problem being, just as the crystal lands on a 4 star champ it surprisingly slides to the right after a pause of 5 seconds landing there on on a 2 star! i do get the chances are low but when this happens i personally feel cheated and i feel others do so too! i hope you do something about this ASAP as it is now getting out of hands. this happened to me accurately about 35 times by now and i feel i deserve a compensation! hoping you will do the needful.

Easy answer: don't roll them because that doesn't matter anyway since it's all pre-determined as soon as you click to stop the roll. If you don't get a 4*, there is nothing you could have done.

But seriously, ONLY 35 times? You must be really new to the game. Get used to disappointment around every corner.

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your Crystal reward. Please be aware that the spinning animation does not decide which item you receive. The reward is determined as soon as you open it, before you see the first item in the reel. This is why you will receive the same Champion whether you spin to open, or click the open button.
