It won't lvl me up I've been at the same lvl for over a week now (at least)

Can you reach out to our Support Team about this one? You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the app. From there, scroll to select 'Support'. You'll be able to submit a ticket once there.
