Rank up advice

Hi
I have a 5* quake r3. I just pulled a 5* killmonger. Both un duped.
Should I rank quake to 4 or rank killmonger to 3?

Are you proficient with quake? Do you have any other r4s?
If you’re good with her and no r4s, yeah, rank her up. If you have plenty other r4s, rank up killmonger. Also, do you have void, sabertooth, and/or winter soldier. If yes, definitely rank up km.
