Rank down tickets

Anyone reckon we’ll be seeing rank down tickets in the near future? Yes or no? And would you be happy if they came out or not?

Since there's now a 2015 specific rank up gem, if we ever do have rank down tickets again, they will be specific to a certain champ (whoever gets nerfed). I personally don't think we'll ever see them again.

As @Sabrefencer showed in a screenshot, we've answered this question in prior conversations and at this moment do not have plans for them.
