I was looking for a way to screen record some fights on a Samsung phone. I want to make sure if it's a separate app that it's within the rules.

    Pretty sure no screen recording software breaks ToS because it's not altering the game.

    Try Mobizen screen recorder for Samsung.
    (the version with words for Samsung).

    go to the play games app not the app store select MCOC and theres a little camera icon in the top corner
