Update Solo Event Rewards for Uncollected

With the game introducing 5* and 6*, 4* signature stones are of little concern to most uncollected players. Because of this- many no longer have any interest in putting too much effort into solo events. However, with a little tweak I believe it could be fixed:
Update the last milestone to give a 5* signature crystal stone instead of a 4*
One little fix would definitely make me go back to the solo events
