They appear randomly.

Similar to how energy refills or 5* Punisher randomly appear in arena crystals.

this is sad, Kabam keeps them out of the loyalty store and then all of a sudden the UNITS AW boost gem shows up. shady kabam, just plain shady

They don’t understand that something happened to them. They supposedly checked and everything running as intended. But they def need to dig a little deeper.

Kind of like when iPhones were overheating, support and kabam dismisses everyone until ppl rioted. Too many probs for them to deal with to know which ones are real issues or just gripes.

This happens to be a real issue of them not being random.

You could blame on RNG if it was one boost not hitting rotation.

BUT ITS 3 and all 3not showing whole every other one has now cycled 4x+

Hey there, the boosts that appear in the store are randomized and not on a set schedule. We checked with the rest of the team and no changes were made to the pool of boosts that appear in the store.
