Signature gems drop issue

Dear Developers. How is it possible that i open chrystals and on every turn gives me only mystic. I don't remember when i got other signature gem and catalysts like mystic. Repair the problem and take it seriously. We play the game for fun not only to makes you rich. And i'am not the only one with this issues. And the drop rates can be also higher because what we always got is a big joke!

We're sorry that recent pulls from crystals have been frustrating, especially when it seems you only get the same type of pull each time. However, these drops are random and not a problem with the game as stated in your post. Though at this moment you may not be getting what you'd hoped for, there's always a chance on the next spin of a crystal you'll get what you needed. I for one know the feeling too of pulling one of the same for several crystals, but eventually, you'll find that you're getting what you need with time.
