Alliance potions transmuting bug

Everything else is able to transmute except for these level 1 health pots.

    The question is, do you even have the lvl 1 alliance pots?

    Yes the first picture shows I own 16

    bro that said that u have 16 Lvl 2 potions, not 16 Lvl 1 potion to transmute in Lvl2. check u inventory
