Alliance potions transmuting bug

Everything else is able to transmute except for these level 1 health pots.

It says you own 16 lvl 2 pots

bro that said that u have 16 Lvl 2 potions, not 16 Lvl 1 potion to transmute in Lvl2. check u inventory
