PROBLEM WITH PARRY

Is anyone else having issues with parry... or is it just me?
I never had a problem before...
I mean in all areas of the game...
I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9...

I have been missing a lot in the past week or so. I just thought that it was me personally....."sleepy" or got off my timing.

It seems timings have changed after last maintenance. Micro seconds may be but yeah definitely off
