So far, this bug is only happens to Cap Infinity War.

It doesn't happen only with Cap IW.
Is a known interaction. You need to knock him down after the stun expires.
Try delaying your heavy a little bit

Forcefield is 'disabled' while Modok is stunned, and you cannot interact with it in any way, whether it be proccing or disabling it.

Wish that worked with Medusa, but beggars can't be choosers.
