Question for Administrators(Summoner Advancement Rewards)

I was ranked top on my alliance's list for the summoner advancement rewards last week. My alliance fell apart, but I waiting for 2 hours to receive my rewards after last week's event expired before moving to the new alliance. I still have not received the rewards. Can you please look into this?

The rewards are offered by alliance ranking, not your individual ranking and judging by your alliance score, your previous alliance did not score high enough (minimum 265,000) points to qualify for the ranked rewards so you won't be getting any.

enyone know how many point need SA 41-70% ?

i know the minimum is 265K 71-100% and te 6-20% need 544K point need
