Why did Mephisto only begin war with 1 soul charge?

As the title says. He only started with 1 soul charge. I thought maybe I saw it wrong but I've had one fight and now have 2 charges and I only lost like 2% health in my first fight.

    Did you use special 1? As that takes one soul per activation when mephisto has souls

    This. You spend 1 soul using his sp1 to apply/refresh his soul of imprisonment

    Lol,it's alright character descriptions has turned into manual books. It's easy to miss something

    That’s the fantastic thing about the forums, the community(usually) is very quick to be helpful. Love the community,have learned lots and keep learning,don’t feel stupid.
