I just lost my Tier 1 Alpha Catalyst without any reason

hey, I just noticed that I had 2 tier 1 alpha Catalyst, now I have only one. I didn't use it anywhere...
Please check the issue and add my catalyst back to my account
By the way, am I posting this at right place or not?

    Submit a ticket to support.

    I should point out that I've had similar problems before and support are not helpful . They usually claim it's a display issue and tell you to move on.
