Quick question. Would this cheese tactic work with no points in despair? I have a sig 60 3* Cap iw.

No. He can’t get enough petrify debuffs up from parry to reverse heal. Despair is what makes all those other debuffs (weakness, armour break, etc) push him to heal reverse.
