Which 5* Science Champ should I Duplicate (Class Worthy) ?

I have got a 5* Science class worthy Awakening gem and i am confused whom to dupp first.

To be very Honest, I recently got 5* VOID, whereas i got CAPIW 5* at rank3.
so that means i need to take VOID at rank3 for that

I used a gem and pumped 179 stones into him and r4ed him. Never looked back.
