Should I rank 5 and awaken 4* void if I run suicide masteries?

I'm running suicide masteries and wondered if it's worth it to both awaken and take void up to r5 even though I can't spam his special 1 due to recoil damage

I have a 5* r5 Void ad wouldnt run him as my main attacker if i ran suicides. His full potential is reached by getting to FOV. which is achieved by using multiple special 1s in quick succession.
