Where do you report a player account that is violating user agreement?

Person selling account. Is there a moderator or forum?

Might wanna remove the image, it violates forum ToS.

Pisses me off, gives no warning. So whoever bought account just leaves in middle of War before attack phase even starts. It joined defense.
