Connection issues

Chaps, can we please fix the connection issues in the game, it just cost me a meaningless kill in aw (in a very close war). I made sure that I was connected to both wifi and had my data on and I was stuck looking at the loading screen before you enter a fight for 10 minutes. Can you please look into fixing the connection issues as there was nothing wrong with my internet. I know that I am not the only summoner affected by this. If it helps my in game name is SirGingerBeard! if you want to look into the fight history to see the loading time.
