whats the best way to get catalyst tier 4 with out paying real money for

    Not being a noob is the best way.

    **Edit** No really if you're new you won't be getting t4b and t4cc a lot

    not new to the game been playing for a couple of yrs. i've doing doing most of these things .i usually do the daily event cat quests and selling them to get higher cats.i was hoping there was a easier way.lol
