Building an alliance from scratch

Hi summoners, I started an alliance yesterday I would like to create an alliance with summoners who have similar ratings as me or better. So 60k+ hero base rating, good champs (possibly a few in god tier) and good prestige. I am a daily player so the aim is to create a strong and active alliance.
