AQ season 1-4 map crystals missing
Has anyone else experienced a loss of aq season 1-4 map crystals? I have been saving these as I did not need them and today logged in to find they were gone completely. Hundreds of crystals. I submitted a ticket and spent most of the day attempting to clarify that I was missing previous aq crystals, not season 5. Once it was finally understood, I was then told it was impossible to locate my missing crystals with the limited resources of kabam.
So now I lose very valuable resources to rank champions because kabam claims they do not have the ability to find what was removed from my account? I find this hard to believe considering the data they collect regularly. I can only assume I am not alone in missing these crystals and would like a straight answer as to where they've gone.
