Domion perfect block numbers don`t add up ??

First of all yes I know the pictures are in german but I will try to describe what I don`t understand.

Domino got a block efficiency of 3000 its indicated in the first picture the last of her stats.

One of her passiv abillites increases the block efficency by up to 1333,33 which means the maximum sum of a block reaches up to 4333,3

but in the next row its descirbed if domino reaches a block efficiency of 5407 it is a perfect block which reduces the damage to 0 and she gains 10% power.

I am just confused because the maximum she can reach is 4333 where the extra 1074 block efficency would come from to activate this effect?

There's a block proficency mastery, and a perfect block mastery

Block proficiency mastery (max +800) and lucky passive also increases BP. Presumably if you have perfect block mastery you would gain power from that also whenever it a perfect block procs. My domino has slightly higher base stats also so higher ranks probably have increased stats.

the block efficency mastery on lvl 4 gives you 800 additional points and the perfect block mastery is not stating any change in the block efficency so therefore I still miss 274 with the full mastery.

please correct me if am wrong I just don`t get to the correct numbers
