Assassin and Courage masteries broken

Known broken mastery. Can we expect this to be fixed. I've maxed assassin for a pretty penny and would like to get what I payed for. Rumors of a description rewrite? Or is it being fixed as described originally?

There is already a main thread for this.
Neither one or the other is broken. They just work on hits given and don't increase overall attack for the entire battle
