Does Face me trigger against bleeds? i see it trigger on everything else but not bleeds. is this intended or a bug?

No, "Face me" is not intended to trigger against bleeds.

It doesn't trigger on 'active' debuffs. (notice quotes before someone comes in clarifying active and passive)

The Face Me only works on things like Dorm degen. Not the typical poison or bleed.

Edit: I know he's poison immune. using it as an example

Face Me only triggers when you’re inflicted by passive damage, like Limbo or Dorm degen. It does nothing against damage like bleed, shock, incinerate, or Coldsnap.

Like others said, it doesn't trigger on any debuff since that is active.
It only triggers against passive damage over time
