Likely just a visual glitch. AA is immune to ability accuracy reduction, but he is not immune to concussion debuffs per se; contrast Emma Frost who is immune to the concussion debuff itself. Quake's ability is that she auto-evades an enemy who has concussion placed on them, so she should still be evading AA's basic attacks (as she rightly is currently). The problem is just that the in-game visual is not letting the concussion debuff show up (although it would have 0 effect of AA's ability accuracy).

AA is immune to everythinf what reduces ability accuracy included concussion

Emma frost should disable evade at all as a telepath

    1. Quake doesn't rely on ability accuracy reduction to get her auto-evade. She gets it from placing a debuff on the opponent. AA is immune to ability accuracy modification, but he is not immune to the debuff 'concussion'. The two are not the same. What we should be seeing is a debuff concussion being placed on AA, but which has no effect whatsoever. Similar to how corvus takes no bleed damage but the bleed debuff still shows.

    2. Emma does disable evade in telepath form. My point for mentioning Emma is to show that there are champs that are specifically stated as immune to the debuff 'concussion'.

The damage will still occur, but he cannot get concussion debuffs.
