Does a player on a temp ban still receive season rewards?

Will an alliance member receive season rewards if they have a 7 day ban? One of our alliance members just received the ban. We want to keep them in the alliance to get AW season rewards. Will he get them? If not we want to replace him until the ban is complete. Anyone that knows the answer please respond.
