It still turns him from Wimpy Soldier into Worldbeater Soldier, especially as a 6*

I used my R4 WS for beating a lot of content in Act 5. Power drain, bleed, incinerate, and his attack ramps up extremely fast. I would take WS to R5 over my KM any day.
