Dungeon issues.

Last week I joined the dungeons, however was not able to move. Coudlnt do anything but leave dungeon. Then the same happened with the next 2 dungeon attempts.
Today a different issue, my partner couldn't move and I had to take on D7 boss w his side if linked node on. However once I cleared it and left the party, I was not awarded any points.
When these issues happen the champs go into Cool down forcing me to use my lower rank champs.
