What is the best Mastery setup for Story/Event/Alliance quests

I believe I’m on the right track but I’m so tired of trying to build the right mastery set up and get defeated on some of the most easiest quest... I am currently at level 50 And would like for someone to send me their mastery set up that possibly has gotten them through Act 4 at level 50... I lack five more quests To finalize act 4...
