Which tech 4* to take to rank 5?

Hi all,

I have now got 3 tech t4cc but unsure on which 4* champ to take to rank 5. My best tech champs are iron man infinity war, dr octopus and sentinel. I’m pretty sure they are all worth rank 5 but which one to choose?
