Help please: What champs should I focus on?

I have completed RttL, ROL and Act 5 (fully explored 5.1). Currently working on 100% exploring 5.4.
Next steps will be: 100% 5.3, 100% 5.2, LoL and Ultron Variant.
Any tips on what champions I should focus on ranking up and awakening? (Roster below, best champs)
