Who is worth for duplicating using 4* awakening gem?

All three deserves it but i think Blade being the least one in need of it. Both on OR and Void will it do significantly difference.

My 4* awoken sig 99 Void is basically my go to guy. Therefore he gets my vote

Void needs it
Omega Red gets extremely good
Blade can regen most of his health

I would do all three, but in this order.
1.OR
2.Void
3. Blade

OR needs it, really ramps up his damage output
