Symbiote Supreme left out of the Power Control Crystal?

I do not understand why Symbiote Supreme isn’t in the new crystal offer. Not only does he gain power like Doctor Strange who is in the crystal, but he can also steal power as well. To me it simply doesn’t make sense why this Champion was left out.
