Member not able to join AQ

A member in our alliance joined AQ a few seconds before maintenance occurred. Once the game was back online he’s unable to join AQ. Error message says, “you are only allowed to participate in one alliance quest at a time.” Is there a quick fix to this? Thanks

Hi,

If your Alliance mate hasn't already, please make sure to they reach out to our support team for help with this Alliance Quest issue. They will be better able to investigate this particular situation. They can do so by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."

If you are writing to ask about an issue with someone else's account, the ticket will likely be closed as we cannot discuss account issues with third parties. Also, if you've opened multiple tickets, the duplicates may be closed. As mentioned, the player will need to work with support for a resolution here and we cannot assist further on the forums.
