The 5* version of Sparky is so much better than the 4* version simply because of his health pool.
Even unduped he is still one of the best in the game. And you will never regret ranking him up.

There isn’t much content that a 5/65 sparky can’t handle. Rank him. Use a generic on him. Throw as many sigs as you can. He’s a absolute beast of a champ
