Login Issues 2/5/19 [Merged Threads]

KABAM i m unable to log in the game it is loading a lot and the logging in process is shutting down in b/w and i m kicked out again and again.

Still no luck with troubleshooting steps provided. The best part is that on the latest reinstall/login attempt, during the load screen I received a push notification that my AW was ending in two hours. Thank you for the reminder...

Has anyone been experiencing an issue when trying to log in to their Kabam account after the recent update? I've tried force closing, clearing the game cache, and even reinstalling the game and it just gives me a perpetual loading screen. I would really love some help. I can't even submit a support ticket since I can't log in.

Everytime I try to login to play contest of Champions I'm stuck at the loading screen I'm very much upset with this whole situation and I really need someone from Kabam to get this taken care of as soon as possible because I want to be able to play my game so I don't miss out on any more Rewards or being able to compete in Arena and win my new Champion so please take care of this

I found a way out. Go in settings log out first and then log in again either with kabam id (by entering your email and password) or by Google Play I'd. Remember Everytime you switch kabam or Google you have to log out first and then log in.

Anyone keep having to Login Every Time the game Crashes or you have to Restart the game? Might have something to do with having 3 accounts I swap between, curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue... It doesn't even ask for you Login either, it immediately goes to a new Game and makes you play through the whole Tutorial to get to the Login Option...

Hey there, we made a change that should help those who were getting stuck on the load screen when trying to login to the game. If possible, could those of you who were experiencing this issue try logging in again.
