Exploit? Users that have both Apple & Android devices can run Trials again for more shards

It is now confirmed that Apple users who also have access to a Android, can now play the trial yet again, but without boosts.

Lots of people are doing this to get more shards.

I thought it would be account specific, not device specific, so, is this a exploit or a bug or ???

    Good Catch but why would apple users waste their time they have the new update and EQ, we do not. So I guess we got screwed twice, huh.

    Does it matter? It's here, it's already a remake. All this is doing is turning a solution into another problem. It's a handful of Shards and some Sigs.

    They are too busy on damage control to worry about iOS users gaming the system and doing the Trial twice.

    Additionally, we will be locking the current Trials of the Alchemist to iOS users only. This is a precaution we want to take in case users are able to access the Quest with little time left, and lose their Essences, and to prevent an unfair double dip.

    So, Apple users who have both devices are double dipping, and Kabam said it is unfair, and it is, I am just trying to see if this is a bug, a exploit or what went wrong.

    1200+ 5* shards isn't exactly nothing.

    It doesn't matter any way... You got no boosts and are likely to go up against a Dorm or iceman who will just cost you units to get down.... Then through in the joke that is the connection on this game for android users why bother. I don't know what everyone else is doing but I am not even attempting them... I will just sit and wait for the android update to come up to play the new EQ whilst I watch other people on YouTube completing it 100%mhnfno92q1x8.jpg

    Android user with iPhone can also access the content prior to Google update issue last month.... just saying. This is no different than apple and Google exclusive what's the big deal...
    This is bound to happen when a single account can be accessed with android or apple device.

    Also, what you mean is "no different than apple OR google exclusive". This quite literally is an apple AND google exclusive.

    With apple phone you can get apple exclusive deals with android phone you can get Google exclusive... if you have both phones you can get both deals. Again, if a single account is allowed to be access by both apple and android this will always be the case.

    Now... if we want to complain we should complain about legend run and the monopoly of iPhone devices...

    Honestly the easiest fix on paper is extended the trial of alchemist for another 24h as soon as the Google update is available. They can have other trial run concurrently to not screw up schedule. Ppls who already completed will not be able to do it again, and ppls couldn't do it now have 24 hours to finish it

    This isn't an exploit to the game or the content we're providing. If players have both devices they can do this just as they could collect items from an iOS exclusive or an Android exclusive. We understand that this can be frustrating, but if without this re-run any Android user wouldn't be able to have their fair shot at it.
