    I agree here. Sinister regens 70% of crit damage. With Ghost, you control when you crit, so you can control his regen, build those Fury stacks properly with your heavy, and pick the right spot to launch your SP2 and fight is over.

    4-55 Sentinel. Get 100 charges by hitting his Block with mlll and then just fight as always, spam SP1 for perma heal block.

    Even a 4* 50 Sentinel works well using this method.
