Looking for active, but casual alliance, uncollected

I am uncollected, 305K player, cpl years under my belt.
I am looking for somewhat active, but casual alliance.
I am daily player, but I dont want to have obligation to show up every time, as I worry about optics of my behavior on my kids
My alliance was gold 1, but I dont want that kind of pressure anymore.
Would be happy to be with a weaker alliance and help. Just looking for some t4 basics

We have a sister alliance, [Dos34], that we recently started up. You would be a welcome addition. The alliance seeks players of all skills level and it currently plays Map 2 in 1 BG for AQ. It is not high pressure and the purpose is to grow and develop teammates. Would you consider joining and help us build it?
