Loyalty donation become unit donation

I was donating loyalty but it become units donation! All units gone......

Contact support. More info can be found by tapping the gear icon then tapping support, from that site search “refund” then select “I accidentally sold or used an in game...”

I’ve seen this happen a bunch, they added a are you sure button I believe, I know that they haven’t refunded in the past, and support didn’t help an alliance member when he had this issue, but that’s going to be your best avenue for an answer
