Depends what you already have ranked and what you have in 6*s

I have rank 4 red hulk and magik and a 6* cap ww2. But just want some opinions on what others would rank out of those options

If you have a killmonger, winter soldier is like a baby Star-Lord as long as you keep his hit streak up. Bleed and incenerate help too
